The property is just seconds from the Tampa exit, has several fast food restaurants nearby, and the rooms are spacious and have a new style of furniture that gives the room a genuine touch. The manager Shay, is always smiling and very friendly, and the staff is very kind and attentive. Highly recommended
The staff is amazing. The staff was very helpful especially the from desk lady name Brit. She was very nice and friendly. She even went out of here way to walk around with the customers to make sure everything was working and going well for them. 5 stars for her and the maintenance crew
I had a great stay at Stayable Davenport everything was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel really welcome. My room was spacious and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect, close to restaurants, stores, and local attractions, definitely a great value!
The other reviews before this one might be correct. I just signed a 6 month lease came in October 5 2025. The studio is brand new with the king bed by the pool just what I wanted. Definitely they are redoing the rooms as we speak. New Manager on site. Very nice and professional ( Shay). Not sitting in the office always walking the property. The Maintenance Manager is new and excellent! The landscaping is great sidewalks painted. Plenty of open grass places especially near pool and grill area.l. Big enough for a nice fenced in dog park. Plenty of parking. Set off the road with waffle house burger king 7 -11 mcdonalds Wendy's. Walk a little further and food trucks in all the gas stations. All the rest of restaurants 5 minute drive. Dollar tree Marshall's Five below etc 8 minutes away. Right off route 4 so kinda busy. Microwave in room bakes,air fry,roast. Definitely need a little coffee pot. Fridge is 4 foot ? Only two draws fir clothes no closet or hanging area. Definitely needs one. Tv is big. Small round table two metal chairs. Laundry room three washers three dryers 3$ each good size need to use an app to load your card and start machines. The gym is not redone yet Its been quiet and off the road enough. I had a small issue in my room and to my surprise Milus the maintenance and Shay the manager were there within 15 minutes ready to help and fix my issue. This is the first place i ever lived that has staff ready to help as soon as you need it. Property is safe and quiet. have loved my time here so far
